Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the product ships or is manufactured. You will receive a full refund upon cancellation. Once the order has shipped, cancellation is not possible; please refer to the return policy.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in the original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Do not return products to the manufacturer.

Only one set of shipping fees will be charged per order, including for returns. No restocking fees apply.

Refund Policy

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method in a timely manner.
